Freight Shipping for Large Items
Generators, transfer switches, and large lighting fixtures ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. These items are professionally palletized and secured for safe transport. Upon delivery, you will receive a call from the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight deliveries are curbside, meaning the driver will unload the item at the end of your driveway or at the nearest accessible point.
Free Freight Insurance
Every order from IB Lighting includes complimentary freight insurance at no additional cost. This means your purchase is fully protected against shipping damage from the moment it leaves our facility until it arrives at your location. If any damage occurs during transit, we handle the claim process and arrange a replacement.
Small Parcel Shipping
Smaller items like maintenance kits, replacement parts, and accessories ship via UPS or FedEx Ground with tracking provided. Most small parcel orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of order placement.
Lead Times

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. IB Lighting does not charge sales tax in states where we do not have a tax obligation.
